Steps
- Wash and cut the green beans, carrot, and potato, making sure the vegetables are previously peeled.
- Place all the vegetables in a saucepan with water and salt. Cook until tender; you can check by piercing them with a fork.
- Chop the onion into very small squares and sauté it slowly in a pan with olive oil over low heat.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, add them to the pan with the onion and sauté everything together over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
