  • 220 ml of peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cups of hot water
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of rolled oats

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Put the peanut butter and hot water into the blender jar and close the lid tightly.
  3. Select speed 1.
  4. Turn on the blender and gradually increase the speed until you reach the maximum.
  5. Blend for 30 seconds.
  6. Remove the lid and add the flour and oats.
  7. Close the lid tightly and select speed 6.
  8. Quickly press the pulse control on the machine 5 to 6 times. You will notice the dough begin to form a ball and rise from the blades.
  9. Remove the lid and scrape down any mixture clinging to the sides of the bowl, adding a little flour if the dough seems too wet and hasn’t formed a ball. Pulse again about 5 to 6 times.
  10. Remove the glass and stir the dough on a floured surface and knead for 1 to 2 minutes.
  11. Roll out the dough to a thickness of half a centimeter and use your favorite cookie cutter to cut the dough into shapes.
  12. Place the figures on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes.
  13. Remove and allow to cool on a wire rack.
