  6. Roll each ball to about 2mm thickness.
  7. Preheat the oven to 250°C / 480°F with a pizza stone, skillet, or baking sheet inside.
  8. Bake the loaves for 2 minutes until puffed.
  9. Remove and repeat with the remaining dough.
